Visiting Educators Program
Experience 2e Education in Action
The Bridges 2e Center Visiting Educators Program offers schools and educators an immersive opportunity to experience strength-based, talent-centered support for twice exceptional learners in a real school setting.
Designed for small groups of up to five educators, this one to three-day campus visit gives participants a behind-the-scenes look at Bridges Academy’s approach to supporting gifted students with learning differences. Visitors spend time on our Studio City campus observing classrooms, meeting with educators and leadership, and engaging in customized workshops designed around their school’s needs.
Inside the Program
What Your Visit May Include
During your visit, your team may have the opportunity to:
- Tour Bridges Academy classrooms across grades 3 through 12
- Observe strength-based and talent-centered practices in action
- Meet with 2e educators, school leaders, and 2e Center team members
- Learn about supporting gifted students with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and social and emotional needs
- Explore classroom structures, enrichment models, and talent development pathways
- Participate in workshops tailored to your school’s goals
- Reflect with Bridges faculty and leadership on practical next steps for your own setting
Each visit is thoughtfully designed to help educators better understand the complexity, strengths, and needs of twice exceptional learners while identifying strategies that can be adapted to their own schools and communities.
A Customized Experience for Your School
No two visits are exactly alike. Programming is created in response to the needs, goals, and questions of each visiting team. Whether your school is just beginning to learn about twice exceptionality or looking to strengthen existing systems of support, we will design an experience that is meaningful, practical, and relevant to your context.
Visits may focus on topics such as:
- Strength-based approaches to 2e education
- Classroom strategies for gifted learners with learning differences
- Executive functioning and emotional regulation support
- Talent development and enrichment programming
- Schoolwide systems for serving 2e learners
- Parent partnership and communication
- Leadership structures that support neurodiverse students
What Is Included
The Visiting Educators Program includes:
- One to three days of customized programming
- Classroom tours and observations
- Meetings with Bridges Academy educators and leaders
- Workshops facilitated by members of the 2e Center and Bridges team
- Lunch during each program day
- Lodging for visiting educators, when available
Groups may include up to five educators at a time to ensure a personal, interactive, and meaningful experience.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the length and design of the visit. Most visits begin at $525.00 USD per person, per day, with final pricing determined by the scope of programming and customized support requested. Note: estimated pricing includes lodging in our dorms on campus in Studio City, California, as well as lunches provided.
