This course involves a condensed (but thorough) review of physics topics in Classical Mechanics (Newtonian) and Electricity & Magnetism. We will explore the breadth of topics through lectures, guided examples, and a focus on application of theory through laboratory exercises. If you attend, you will learn about topics including (but not limited to): Projectile Motion, Gravitation, Force Diagrams, Static and Dynamic Equilibrium, Circuit Elements, Magnetism, Mechanical Waves, and Electromagnetic Waves. Students will be given an opportunity to engage with physics in a hands-on manner and will learn how to design experiments to study physical phenomena.
