Welcome to a week of zen! In this class we will take a beginner’s approach to Vinyasa Yoga. We will practice sequences, postures, and breathing techniques that relieve tension, increase muscle strength and flexibility, and promote good health.
Students have the opportunity to take this class for one to four weeks! While we will review important postures and vocabulary at the beginning of each week, I will make sure to vary my classes so that beginners and consistent yogis alike will get something out of each session. I can’t wait to practice with you!
