World Gifted Conference Shines Light on 2e

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — There is a good deal of focus on twice-exceptionality this week in Nashville, but there is so much more that can be done.

That’s but one lesson learned this week at the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children’s 23rd biennial World Conference. The event drew roughly 750 attendees and presenters from more than 40 countries to Music City for five days of presentations, workshops, and keynotes focusing on different aspects of gifted education. Included in the program this year was a strand of 2e-related sessions and other talks on twice-exceptionality in related strands.
