“VICTIM” AT 6, AWARD-WINNER AT 17. A young woman who, in second grade in Wisconsin, figured she wasn’t as smart as her peers then received a diagnosis of dyslexia. Four years later, she founded a charitable organization to help others, Bright Young Dyslexics. At 17, she received a national award for community service.
